私隱政策 Privacy Policy

本私隱政策說明 MotoTracker(「本應用程式」)如何收集、使用及保護你的個人資料。本應用程式由香港營運,並遵從香港《個人資料(私隱)條例》(第 486 章)。

1. 我們收集的資料

• 帳戶資料 —— 電郵地址(註冊及登入用)。使用「Sign in with Apple」時,我們只收到 Apple 提供的識別碼及(視乎你的選擇)電郵地址。
• 個人檔案 —— 你自行填寫的暱稱、頭像相片、社交媒體帳戶(Instagram / Facebook / Threads)。呢啲資料對其他用戶公開。
• 位置資料 —— 導航及記錄行程時的 GPS 位置。喺車隊功能中,你的即時位置只會分享畀你所屬車隊的成員。
• 行程記錄 —— 車速、傾角、距離、時間、行車軌跡。
• 裝置推播權杖 —— 用嚟發送車隊路線分享等通知。
• 攝影地點(攝影師)—— 你自行上載的地點名稱、座標、時段、相簿連結。
• 頁面使用統計 —— 你開過哪些畫面、每個畫面停留多久。此項不會連結到你的帳戶:我們只使用一個由 App 隨機產生、儲存於你裝置上的匿名識別碼(並非 Apple 的廣告識別碼 IDFA),刪除 App 即失效。用途是了解哪些功能較多人使用,以改善產品及規劃日後的廣告版位。

我們不會收集你的通訊錄、相簿(除你主動選擇的頭像相片外)或瀏覽記錄,亦不會將你的資料出售畀第三方。

我們不會進行 Apple 定義的「追蹤」 —— 即是不會將你的資料與第三方的資料結合,用作跨公司的定向廣告或分享畀資料經紀。上述頁面使用統計只儲存在我們自己的伺服器,不會傳送給任何第三方廣告平台。

2. 我們如何使用這些資料

• 提供導航、行程記錄、車隊即時位置分享等核心功能;
• 喺你經過攝影師的拍攝地點時,記錄一條「經過」紀錄,令你事後可以搵返相簿;
• 發送與你直接相關的通知(例如隊友分享咗路線);
• 維護服務安全、防止濫用,以及應執法機關的合法要求。

3. 資料保留期限

• 即時位置 —— 超過 24 小時自動刪除。
• 車隊分享路線 —— 超過 30 日自動刪除。
• 行程記錄 —— 保留至你自行刪除該行程,或刪除帳戶為止。
• 頁面使用統計 —— 180 日後自動刪除。
• 帳戶及個人檔案 —— 保留至你刪除帳戶為止。

4. 第三方服務

本應用程式使用以下第三方服務,你的部分資料會經由它們處理:

• Supabase —— 資料庫、帳戶認證及檔案儲存(伺服器位於海外)。
• Apple —— 地圖、導航、推播通知(APNs)、Sign in with Apple。
• Google —— Android 版本使用 Google 地圖及 Firebase 推播通知(FCM)。
• 高德地圖 (AMap) —— 部分地圖及導航功能。

當你點擊其他用戶提供的社交媒體或相簿連結(例如 Facebook)時,你會離開本應用程式,該等網站有其獨立的私隱政策,本平台不承擔責任。

5. 你的權利

• 查閱及更正 —— 你可以隨時喺應用程式內查看及修改個人檔案。
• 刪除 —— 你可以喺「設定 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號」永久刪除帳戶。此操作會清除你的所有資料(行程、車隊、攝影地點、頭像),且不可復原。
• 位置權限 —— 你可以隨時喺系統設定關閉位置權限,但咁樣導航及車隊功能將無法運作。

6. 兒童私隱

本應用程式並非為 13 歲以下兒童而設,我們不會故意收集兒童的個人資料。

7. 資料安全

所有資料傳輸均採用 HTTPS 加密。資料庫使用 Row Level Security,確保你只可以存取自己或所屬車隊的資料。惟互聯網傳輸並非絕對安全,我們無法保證百分之百的安全性。

8. 政策更新

本政策如有重大修改,我們會喺應用程式內通知你。頁頂的「最後更新」日期反映最新版本。

PRIVACY POLICY (English)

This Privacy Policy explains how MotoTracker (the "App") collects, uses and protects your personal data. The App is operated from Hong Kong and complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

1. Data we collect

• Account — email address, for registration and sign-in. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive only an Apple identifier and (at your choice) an email address.
• Profile — the display name, avatar photo and social media handles (Instagram / Facebook / Threads) you choose to provide. These are visible to other users.
• Location — GPS location while navigating or recording a ride. In group features, your live location is shared only with members of the group you belong to.
• Ride records — speed, lean angle, distance, duration and route track.
• Push token — used to deliver notifications such as a teammate sharing a route.
• Photo spots (photographers) — the location name, coordinates, time window and album links you upload.
• Screen usage statistics — which screens you open and how long you stay on each. This is not linked to your account: we use only an anonymous identifier randomly generated by the app and stored on your device (not Apple's advertising identifier, IDFA), which is destroyed when you delete the app. It is used to understand which features are most used, to improve the product and plan future ad placements.

We do not collect your contacts, photo library (other than an avatar you actively choose), or browsing history, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

We do not engage in "tracking" as Apple defines it — we do not combine your data with third-party data for cross-company targeted advertising, nor share it with data brokers. The screen usage statistics above are stored only on our own servers and are never sent to any third-party advertising platform.

2. How we use it

• To provide navigation, ride recording and group live-location sharing;
• To record a "pass" when you ride past a photographer's active spot, so you can find your photos afterwards;
• To send notifications directly relevant to you (e.g. a teammate shared a route);
• To maintain service security, prevent abuse, and respond to lawful requests from law-enforcement authorities.

3. Retention

• Live location — deleted automatically after 24 hours.
• Shared group routes — deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Ride records — kept until you delete the ride or your account.
• Screen usage statistics — deleted automatically after 180 days.
• Account and profile — kept until you delete your account.

4. Third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services, which process some of your data: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage; servers located overseas), Apple (Maps, navigation, APNs push, Sign in with Apple), Google (Google Maps and Firebase push on Android), and AMap (certain map and navigation features).

When you open a social media or album link provided by another user (e.g. Facebook), you leave the App. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we accept no responsibility for them.

5. Your rights

• Access and correction — you can view and edit your profile in the App at any time.
• Deletion — you can permanently delete your account under Settings → Account → Delete Account. This erases all your data (rides, groups, photo spots, avatar) and is irreversible.
• Location permission — you may revoke location permission in system settings at any time, though navigation and group features will not function.

6. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. The database uses Row Level Security so that you can only access your own data or that of groups you belong to. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you in the App. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
